Dress Code and Shoes

Upon registration, specific brand and style of shoe will be provided. Dancers are required to have these specific shoes for our June recital. No exceptions.

Tiny Twirlers (18 months-3 years)

Girls:

Leotard and tights. Any color or style. Dance skirt, tutu, or shorts optional.
Pink, leather, full-sole ballet shoes. No bows, ties, laces, or ribbons on shoes.
Hair must be pulled back.

Boys:

Shorts or sweatpants and tee-shirt
Black, leather, full-sole ballet shoes. No bows, ties, ribbons or laces on shoes.

Dance Concepts Little Stars and Dance Concepts Shining Stars

Girls:

Leotard and tights. Any color or style. Dance skirt, tutu, or shorts are optional.
Pink, leather, full-sole ballet shoes. No bows, laces, ties, or ribbons on shoes.
Tan tap shoes.
Hair must be pulled back.

Boys:

Shorts or sweatpants, tee-shirt.
Black, leather, full-sole ballet shoes. No ribbons, bows, ties, or laces on shoes.
Black tap shoes.

Triple Threats and Elite Dancers

Leotard and tights. Any color or style. Dance skirt or dance pants/shorts optional.
Pink, leather, split-sole ballet shoes. No ribbons, bows, ties, or laces on shoes.
Tan tap shoes
Black, leather, slip on jazz shoes.
Hair must be pulled back.
All Ballet Classes

Leotard and pink or tan tights. Any color or style leotard. Ballet skirt encouraged. No Pants.
Pink, leather, split-sole ballet shoes. No laces, bows, ties or ribbons on shoes.
Hair must be pulled back.

All HipHop/Jazz Classes, including Hip, Hop, and Tumble

Comfortable dance clothing. Nothing baggy or anything you might trip on.
Black, leather slip-on jazz shoes for girls.
Boys: Black jazz sneakers.
Hair must be pulled back.

All Acro Classes

Form-fitting dance attire.
bare feet.
Hair must be pulled back.
No jewelry.

Hair must be neatly pulled back in a bun or pony tail.

Please do not wear any jewelry that will interfere with dance movements such as rings, necklaces, bracelets and dangling earrings.
